His illustrious career spans leadership roles in Cipla, Aurobindo Pharma, Mylan, Sanofi, and several other major pharmaceutical companies, where he contributed significantly to R&D, global quality systems, and analytical excellence.

Advanced pharmaceutical instrumentation and Reverse engineering of pharmaceutical formulations
Organic synthesis and impurity profiling such as Isolation, identification, and characterization of small to large molecules
Formulation development such as solid orals, capsules and sterile manufacturing.

She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Maths), which enhances her analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities within the organization. With extensive experience in administration, corporate coordination, strategic planning, and operational execution, Lavanya ensures that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. She plays a key role in streamlining processes, managing daily operations, and driving company-wide initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
